Services

We can provide you with access to an impressive network of companies involved in different stages and parts of the metal working processes in the Czech and Slovak Republics.

We help you find the best quotes from reliable suppliers and coordinate the purchase and delivery process, not least language wise. Most of these companies already supply international corporations and you will of course be given direct access to the selected manufacturer in order to inspect and audit their processes.

Below you can find examples of some of the products and processes offered by our network of companies:

Steel

Our network of manufacturers can provide all work related to steel processing. They do moulding, cutting, welding, grinding, polishing, etc. and supply several international corporations involved in everything from automobile manufacturing to food processing.
Aluminium and Zink

We have access to companies doing:

– Sand Casting

– Gravity Die Casting

– High Pressure Die Casting

They can do simulation of the casting process and design works. Their alloys can be optionally modified according to the needs of our customers.

They use CNC machines, CT and Cronning technology and do the finishing operations, shot blasting, tumbling, heat treatment and tightness testing. In addition they also do external impregnation, X-ray and 3-Dimension checks.
Galvanizing

We work with hot-dip-galvanizing companies capable of galvanization of up to 15 meter long items. The process is state-of-the-art and certified in accordance with the latest environmental standards.

The galvanization process consits of 4 phases:
Pre-Treatment
Galvanizing
After-Treatment
Inspection
Pre-Treatment

Pre Treatment for galvanizing consists of 4 separate stages
Inspection – Items are inspected to ensure they are safe & suitable to galvanize. This involves checking whether they are adequately vented. Surfaces are checked for signs of contamination with paint, grease, etc. as these will not be removed in the process and would cause the process to fail.
Degreasing – Steel is immersed in a degreasing solution which removes light oil contamination.
Pickling – Acid strips the steel surface back to clean base steel.
Fluxing – A flux solution is applied to the steel to assist with the galvanizing reaction.
Galvanizing

Material is immersed in molten zinc at a temperature of around 450 degrees until the temperature of the work is the same as the Zinc. During this process the molten zinc reacts with the surface of the steel to form a series of zinc/iron alloys. These alloy layers protect steel from corrosion for 30-40 years and more.

As work is removed from the zinc, the zinc on its surface will begin to solidify, as this happens excess zinc is removed to ensure a smooth finish. Work is then usually transferred to a quench tank where it is cooled to allow handling.
After-Treatment

After-Treatment for for the galvanized products consists of either placing the the basket in a centrifuge where it is spun for several seconds, this removes excess zinc from the surface and prevents the items sticking together to ensure a smooth finish, or by manually remove rough edges from the products.
Inspection

The galvanized steel is first visually inspected for its appearance and conformity to standard. Batches may then be non-destructively tested for coating thickness and uniformity.
Halls

We have a manufacturer producing ready to assemble light and heavy factory and storage halls.

– Light Hall is a normal storage hall.

– Heavy Hall means that they can support a roof crane.

The halls can be made-to-messure and are made out of galvinized steel with or without insulation.

We can also support with assembly workers for the hall
